JPMorgan Chase Credit card department,
- - - - of - VA - was servicing my vehicle under warranty for 9 weeks. Through a preferred customer arrangement with - -, they provided a loaner car in the final 2 weeks of that period. I was repeatedly assured from all parties that this car was being provided free of charge. I was asked to provide my credit card information only in the event I damaged the vehicle. The loaner was returned - -, 2015. On - -, - billed me - $ for the rental, almost 20 weeks later. I disputed the bill with Chase SLATE - credit card. They ruled against me. I asked to see a copy of the document I signed. Chase told me they are under no obligation to provide this. I feel this is in violation of fundamental principles of contract law. I want to see what I signed, where I 'm sure it will be clear that I was not paying for the service. I think Chase SLATE - is deliberately ignoring basic contract law. I feel that I have been victimized.
