I had bought a used car from a dealer that arranged finance through Santander Consumer USA ''. I received my first payment invoice in the mail - day prior to the due date. Upon calling their service number to arrange a payment I was informed that there was a fee nearly of - dollars either by phone or internet. The next month 's statement arrived in a timely manner. The third, ( this month - ) arrived on a Thursday with a due date of Monday.
