JPMorgan Chase Credit card department,
Being charged late fees when multiple payments were made during the month and once was before due date. Several times this yr I have made payments during the month that are being credited for the previous month. This has caused my payment for the current month to be late. Example in - I made a payment that was accredited to - because the payment was mad - -. Also in - I made a payment on - - and it went towards -, meanwhile I made a payment - - that went towards - however I still got a late charge for -. My - Payment was made on - - however if I dont make another payment I will be considered late in -. If this issue were clearly explained at any time, it could have been corrected months ago. I am certain Chase Credit card company is charging many people multiple late fees when payments were made more than once a month but considered late due to date received.
