Federal student loan Improper contact or sharing of info Talked to a third party about my debt Arizona

Multiple contacts made with outside family members and their employers. Also contact made with general acquaintances of mine. All were told I was trying to be located regarding many different scenarios all of which were lies. Credit card and bank information was requested from the contacts by stating I had given their phone numbers ( many I do not personally have ) and statements were made saying I had made payment arrangements that involved outside parties having to divulge their private credit card and bank information for payment of my debts and so the caller was calling to request that information from them. Also when I contacted the company I was told that for $60.00 I could get my loan out of default, clear my credit report, be able to qualify for new loans and All I had to do was pay $10.00 initial payment and $5.00 a month for 10 months. The company refused to send me a copy of my bill and refused payments unless I set up automatic credit card payments. This company has my correct address phone and email but yet still calls my familyand their employers as well - my acquaintances and misrepresents the purpose of their calls. The company is enterprise debt collector.
