I checked My credit through - which I do on a monthly basis, And found that Wells Fargo dealer services was reporting it incorrectly I was speaking to a rep by the name of -, I explained that they were reporting incorrect information on my report, My account # - they are reporting it as closed, Its Open, they are reporting it as derogatory included in a bankruptcy ( which is untrue ) It opened in - 2013 and is current NEVER past due and has a current balance of approx. - He got off the phone put me on hold and told me It was MY responsibility to get it corrected, that I must file a dispute and take my time and effort to correct their error, this is effecting my credit score, this effecting my ability to obtain additional credit, and is damaging me. I explained under fair debt and accurate reporting that they can as a subscriber and reporter of credit investigate and review what is reporting by going into - and manually correcting their error, He the rep responded with I can only tell you what MY supervisor told me to tell I want this corrected Immediately, and what them investigated on these types of practices this Unfair and deceptive in their inaccurate reporting of consumers account 's.
