'' On - -, 2015 they emailed a bill for what may heve been a legitimate charge from my regular PayPal account, but they were unable to tell me what the charge was for or who made the charge. Today I received another bill for $24.00 for late charges '' on this account which was closed and paid in full on - -. I called them to inform them that I never applied for an account, did not want -, and closed all activity on - -.
