I received an email on -/-/2015 saying Chase bank experienced some potential fraud and as a precaution they were sending me a new card. While waiting for the new card I continued using my old one. On -/-/2015 I went to withdraw money from the ATM to pay my rent and the ATM prompted me to call the bank in which I did. I was advised that the card had been deactivated and I should have already received my new card. The agent I was speaking to verified my address and advised me to check my mail box. - which I do regularly ) After checking my mailbox and not finding the card there I rushed back to the bank and had a teller withdraw $400.00 from my account. I then went home and called the bank again and advised the situation this agent then asked me to verify my address also and said the wrong address was on file. I advised the agent my address should have been the same address I have had on my account for the past 2 years. I also advised I just spoke with an agent earlier who confirmed my address through verification. The
rush deliver '' my card to me which would take 48 hours. It is now -/-/2015 and I have not received anything. I work Monday through Friday - to -. I rarely have time during the week to make it into a branch to withdraw money. I have 4 checks I need to deposit into my account but b\c of this inconvenience have not b\c I do n't have ATM access and have been forced to deposit them into my girlfriends checking account. 65 % of my paycheck is deposited into this account so needless to say this ordeal has been one of the worse inconveniences I have dealt with from ANY bank. I get paid Friday -/-/2015 and will have to go out of my way to go into a branch to withdraw majority of my money to keep from going back. I am a man with small patience and closed my - - - account for inconveniences as such and although I may not be valued as a customer here I am sure another bank will value me.
