On - - I did a balance transfer from the - to my Wells Fargo credit card. As it turns out Wells Fargo left out a number - from my account number. - did not send an error message which is protocol whenever this happens. Consequently a check was sent and evidently did not get cashed. I 've been charged interest on each of these cards. They 've known about the mistake since - and I 've spent countless hours on the phone trying to correct this. Wells Fargo sent me an affidavit and gave me a number of option s, none of which would describe the present fiasco. I had to promise that I would not sue them. Both banks were in error and it 's not in my nature to sue. I did sigh this and still nothing has been done. I just want this straightened out. I do n't want to pay any penalties or any interest I would not have otherwise occurred. Normally I do a balance transfer right when the interest rate goes up. I usually do n't end up paying for extra interest because i transfer the money back because of specials various credit cards have. The - tellers gave me false dates about this when I inquired. I ended up paying for two or three months of high interests. I then did the balance transfer that never was recorded. Please help if you are able
