After being lied to by an account specialist and then disrespected by a senior manager. I have overdraft or debit card privileges, to be honest I have overdrafts my account a few times but have numerous deposits that are automatically deposited in my account every month, I use those overdrafts on my debit card when I absolutely just have to and generally it 's on a bill. I was never notified that Chase Bank had made the decision to stop this after this account has been open more than 3 years. I pay my dues and even more from their fees that they benefit from, I find this unfair and kind of discrimination towards certain customers.
