JPMorgan Chase Bank account or service department,
Checking account Using a debit or ATM card New York
I was studying abroad in -. During my time I was at a club - night and my debit card was stolen out of my wallet and was charged about $1500.00 - dollars. I filed a claim to Chase right when this happened. They initially refunded me the money that was stolen from me and - weeks later they claimed the transaction was correct. I have tried multiple times to work with them. I followed all requirement s to submit the claim and they continue to tell me it was correct. They state I had signed for it and I had them mail me the receipts of my signature and the signature is not mine. I even went into Chase and provided them with my signature, my passport signature and license signature to show them the signature does not match. They continue to tell me the charge is correct when it was not. I called numerous times and sent them numerous letters to handle this and they continue to tell me the charge was authorized by me when it was n't. I have provided photos of emails I sent them, the police report I filed and the letter I wrote to Chase.
