MoneyGram Money Transfers Complaint

MoneyGram Money transfers department,

International money transfer Money was not available when promised Washington

Money was never transmitted to bank nor recipient. Refund not provided to me Terrible customer service.Errors/Conflicting reference number I sent money via MoneyGram online service. on -, 2015. I paid $210.00. cash, of which $9.00 was transaction fee, reference # - ( The Customer service does not have this number matching- I have E receipts and online account ). The money was intended for my mother via - phone number - - - in -. When she went to the designated - bank agent in -, they informed her that the money was never transmitted nor in their System .I called customer care on ( - ) - ( - ) -, Filed online and they have had me with the following reference codes they called back - and - She tried again on - - with the same result. That same day, - - I contacted MoneyGram about the problem and Called - - Customer number # -. They told me that they dont have any money from Money gram to - or they cant help help me even though my receipt shows my name and reference number accurately. Then they transferred me from - person to the next.


to really recommend money gram but for 3 days my joy of doing transaction with good faith has turned out to be pain -I was sending money for emergency the receiver never got the money, I am even scared using the products right before this ordeal my online account was blocked and I can not even access their Plus account, Today - - 2015 I realized the calls in Customer service are on long wait delay I have been on the phone all day trying to get a refund. I get transferred around and get hung up on, They need to really protect consumers
