Can't stop charges to bank account New Jersey
Took out a payday loan and the loan has been paid back since - 2015 plus interest, Payday lender still debiting account. I would like the payday lender to cease and desist from debiting my account, and return any and all funds back to my bank account paid after - - 2015. I 've paid this lender back - so far. This lender also did not follow NJ laws for payday lending and interest rates.
