Cont'd attempts collect debt not owed Debt resulted from identity theft Illinois

I have been communicating with this collection agency about a debt that does not belong to me. After following up with phone calls and letter correspondence, i have yet to receive a reply. I am asking that this dept to be removed from my credit report immediately and for Ability Recovery Services to provide proof that the dept is removed. I am willing and ready to pursue legal action if necessary.
