BMO Harris is inaccurately reporting information to the credit bureau on - loans. My - credit report, dated -/-/-, indicates that I have scheduled payments that are past due. This is untrue. Further, it reports that both loans have 25 year terms, which I believe is also untrue. My - BMO mortgage loans both matured on -/-/- and no longer require regular scheduled payments and this is validated by my monthly Mortgage Statements from BMO Harris, which do not show any monthly amount as being due. It is true I have a balloon payment that is due and I will work with the bank to resolve it. However, what is being reported to the credit bureau is false and needs to be corrected.
