I received a letter stating that I owed money for my - cell phone bill. However, I am currently up to date with my cell phone payment and have never fallen behind. Therefore, this debt is completely fictional and I am not going to pay it to this company that claims the debt has fallen into collections. The company is called MRS - from MRS Associates at - NJ --
