I pay for FICO score monitoring. A dispute over a drop in myscore has been logged with Equifax per the process with FICO. FICO claims they do not control the information provided by Equifax. Equifax just explained that my Equifax score is 'different ' from FICO because they use a different model to compute scores ... and if I want my Equifax score I must pay. We go around and around with FICO versus Equifax. No one will explain the formulas or their actual relationship.
