FHA mortgage Loan servicing, payments, escrow account Ohio

Carrington Mortgage Services began servicing my 30 year fixed rate mortgage in -/-/2014, it was transferred/sold to them by - Mortgage. They have refused to provide any statements on my account. The only information I have available through their website for billing is the monthly/total amount due. When they took over my loan, my payments went from - to - and I don't know why without them providing any documentation on my monthly payments.
