Discover Credit card department,
Identity theft / Fraud / Embezzlement Louisiana
I was the victim of ID theft and a family member opened a fraud account in my name. I have tried to dispute this account with Discover card but they keep saying it is valid and it belongs to me. Of course it would look like its mine cause my Identity was stolen!!!
