PayPal Credit Card Complaint

PayPal Credit card department,

Identity theft / Fraud / Embezzlement Arizona

I was unknowingly made a member of PayPal Credit. Payments were routed without my permission to PayPal Credit rather than my chosen means of payment, my personal checking account and credit cards. I have questioned both membership and charges more than - times in sriting to PayPal without satisfactory answers. I have written to close the account without results. On - -, 2015, the Consumer Finace Protection Bureau ( CFPB ) filed federal charges against PayPal Credit for the same fraudulent practices and the court ruled against PayPal, confirming this illegal practice. I am filing personally to have the account closed and my contested charges cancelled.
