I have purchased a - - by American Express from - store. I have added $500.00 to it with the initial purchase. The card was not properly activated and the card can not be used. I have contacted American Express and sent in all the materials they asked for, driver 's license, front and back of card, receipt, card package, etc. I have not received any response for six months, which is totally unacceptable. Every time I call customer service, they would just tell me to wait for a few more days.
