We have a loan with ally auto. We have missed - payments due to some unfortunate events. I called them and made payment arrangements I paid - last week and - next week on - - 2015. They accepted and said the calls would stop. During that phone call the lady stated that ally can reposes the car without sending a letter or informing us because they already sent a letter -. So the lady stated the calls would stop. Made the - payment and next week as i stated the rest of the payment ally keeps callings us nonstop - times a day or more. We tell them we made an arrangement ally says they want payment now. They keep calling and harassing and saying they want the payment now when I have an arrangement that is notated.
