Checking account Problems caused by my funds being low California
Banks are not being fair about charging fees to an individuals account. I have several transactions going in and out of my account. I have several overdraft fees on my account. WHY do they allow transactions to go through when i dont have money available? Is that so they can grab - $ from multiple hard working citizens ... I want all of my overdraft fees returned. I call customer service but thats hardly what it is ... they just treat you like another number and pass you around or just say im sorry my system isnt allowing me to reverse anything. Again why do transaction go through when i dont have money available. I have allot of transactions on my account and if you dont want to lose my business and that taking my account and credit cards to other companies, you reverse all my fees immediately. IF not i will go to the Attorney General and OCCs office along with the BBB.
