On -/-/2015 my account was negative $170.00 and some change. I deposit - at - and transferred - from my saving to my checking because there were - payments pending - for - in amount of - and - -. I had an ending balance of - at -. I pumped gas at - in amount of -. I had a balance of - at - pm. On Monday - - I still had a balance of $.00. I have my teller receip and my email receipt that prof that I did have enough money on my account to cover my dish network payment. You have returned my payment and charged me a fee of - dollars because you decided on Monday - to cover my credit card putchace of - for - this payment had already been paid in Wednesday - -. I am so tired of being robbed by you. I am a single mom working my behind off to support my kids. It hurts me that you still from me when ever you want. I called your customer service number requesting an explanation and again I was disrespected By - worrell supervisor of - employee number ( - ). He was so rude to me andkeept lying to me trying to make me believe that I did n't have enough money on my account. He offended me and hung up on me. How can you have people like him as supervisors it is so unethical. I feel so disrespected and humiliated by how I was treated. I need you to please refund me the NSF in amount of - you have charged my account. I will never reach out to the customer service number because I do n't appreciate getting abuse. The bank ca n't keep doin what ever they want with my account its my money and I am certain that their was enough money to cover my - payment. I want an apology for being mistreated and for all the stress I am going through because of WELLS FARGO.
