Vehicle loan Problems when you are unable to pay California
Santander has been charging me unreasonable amounts of interest when a payment is late, to the tune on $300.00 per month. I was not informed of this practice at signing, or ever after, until I noticed my loan had not decreased - dollar in 6 months. Also, their obscene 24.99 % rate is undue hardship on me. I believe that - and Santander have an inside deal which has - steer consumers toward these bad loans, because they know in the end they will just have the same car on their lot to resell. Santander is disguising outrageous late fees within simple '' interest, and it is unfair and unjust. - is no better, the agent who sold me the car told me to put higher income than I made, then turned around and gave me the worst loan available.
