I am short selling my house and we have a good offer but nationstar mortgage has an international investor who wants to out house up for auction to see if they get a higher bidder but never addressed the offer they have through the realtor for the short sale. This particular international investor is doing this with many homes. I have been in the short sale process for about 40 days now.
