In -/-/- I was involved in a Car accident. The - - which worked for - - had no insurance. He was a -. I only had liability with my insurance company - - was the company. They would n't do any thing because I was n't at fault and only had liability insurance. I made the repair and charged it to my credit card and figured I would be reimbursed. The company did n't. I advised Bank of America about the situation and figured they would assist and they did n't I gave them all the information. That is insurance companies the other drive etc. They factored the debt. Now twelve years have passed and they are still bugging me. Furthermore, I just received a letter just as my credit was being reestablished. This was resolved back in -/-/- and now it is reappearing and I 'm not sure why because according to the Fair Credit Reporting act time has expired.
