Cont'd attempts collect debt not owed Debt is not mine Pennsylvania

We get a recurring robocall ( no human ) saying that we owe a debt of $39.00, demanding immediate payment or we will suffer consequences ''. By answering - of the calls, I found out that the perpetrator 's website is www.penncredit.com. When I talked with him, he told me the address of the debtor, which is miles from where I live. The debt is not ours. But the robocalls continue to come. Help!
