JPMorgan Chase Credit card department,
CHASE FREEDOM CARDThis company took it upon themselves to change my billing from US postage to some type of online internet banking without my permission. I called and told them I did not receive a statement and they said I changed it to on line billing ... THEY ARE LIERS. They credited the fees and charged interest and said they were going to send statments as they have always did through US mail. Again they pulled the same trick and did not send me a statement and are now charging me over $43.00 in fees. WILL NOT CORRECT THE PROBLEM. I had no other choice than to close this credit card account to avoid their scam.
