Remitly, Inc. Money Transfers Complaint

Remitly, Inc. Money transfers department,

International money transfer Money was not available when promised Texas

I have transferred funds to - using Remitly. I used their E-PRESS Service which promises to transfer funds immediately. As promised funds have been transferred Immediately but at the same time they were Reversed the very next minute. When I contacted Remitly about this, they speak so negligently that its not their fault, its a issue with bank in - and Remitly says that its job is done. Are they kidding.? How is their job done without completing the deposit? They say they are not sure of when funds are available.
