I have a mortgage in which the legal description is incorrect. I have repeatedly requested that the company who holds the mortgage please correct the error. My title company has also sent an email request. All requests have been ignored to date. The house that has the incorrect legal description on the loan is showing up on the title for the property next door that I am trying to sell. I can not sell that property with the cloud on the title. I need Nationstar mortgage to release the title to - ( incorrect legal description on the title ) and order a new title search and prepare a corrective deed for - - - -. The mortgage should be for - alone. Again, all requests have been ignored. This needs to be serviced and Nationstar will provide no service or answers.
