Checking account Problems caused by my funds being low Delaware

TD Bank has been consistently ( the past 3 years ) re-ordered my debit transactions by highest to lowest and changing the posting date. Which in turns gives me multiple $35.00 dollar charges on transactions under $20.00. And on top of the multiple over draft fees, the start charging $20.00 fees every 2 days. On top of that, some how their monthly matinence fee makes an appearance during this random time of the month. Another $35.00 dollars down the drain.This type of practice is unfair and unethical. On the poorer side of the income spectrum and this makes it hard to maintain any type of decent balance and remove yourself from the black hole.
