Advertising and marketing

Barclays Credit card department,

Advertising and marketing Washington

I just filed a complaint with the - about this, because I have already emailed customer service previously about it, and you STILL allowed your LIES AND FALSE ADVERTISEMENT to continue!!! The - complaint number is -. I feel like your company has FALSE advertisement, which is ILLEGAL!!!! You provide FALSE information when you LIE, and state that after 5 months of satisfactory credit history with your company, you will automatically increase the credit amount. I HAVE HAD E-CELLENT, E-CELLENT history with your FALSE ADVERTISEMENT company. I have charged up my card, multiple times, and then COMPLETELY paid it off. Then charge up again, and then COMPLETELY pay off again! I HAVE E-CELLENT history with your company, and YOU FLAT OUT LIED TO ME!! YOU ILLEGALLY gave me FALSE information about automatically increasing credit limit after 5 months!!! YOUR COMPANY SHOULD GET SUED FOR YOUR ILLEGAL FALSE ADVERTISING!!!!!! I also spoke with a - - from the president 's office, and he lied to me, and stated that he has never heard of anything about automatic increases in limit. I am attaching from their website that states that they do.
