Checking account Problems caused by my funds being low Illinois

THIS IS NOT A DUPLICATE. For the - time in less than - days Chase has processed a large item first so that they can then charge - overdraft fees on small items. A total of - overdraft fees for $- each totalling $- was charged to my account. Additionally the reverse positve pay that is on for my account is no longer working and does not give me the chance to review the checks before they pay.
