On -/-/2015 I was arrested and sent to - - -, While I was - a lot of Fraudulent activity on my account, State Farm Bank was aware of my incarceration and they did not monitor my account properly : On - -, Multiple - - Transactions in the amounts of $1400.00, - -, - transactions in the amounts of $310.00, $160.00 were issued on - -, On - - I was issued an Affidavit and it was sent to the - - - which I filled out and sent back, and a block was still not put on my account and I asked them not to issue me another debit card until my release from - - -. My funds were replaced in - it happened yet again, I was released on - - after accessing my account online, I went into online chat and was told that I would have to file a Police Report and that State Farm Bank does not have the manpower to monitor each individual account, other than that there is nothing that State Farm Bank could do for me. When I called Customer Service they stated that they issued - debit cards without my permission and a card with my pin number on it. Contacted State Farm yet again with regards to this matter because I received a letter - - stating that my account is overdrawn and there is a block on my account, No transactions into or out of my account and my New Debit Card can not be activated, I have children and bills in my household that need to be paid. Where was this block on my account, when I really needed it?
