I tried to purchase a condo in - - south Carolina. The bank that I dealt with ( Home Bridge Financial Services ) waited until the day of closing to tell me that I could not rent this unit out so I had to get a different loan for 3 % higher than the - they was already charging me. I had already paid out Earnest Money, Appraisal Fees, and Home inspection Fees. Costing me over $2000.00 and lots of time. These financial institutions needs to be takin out of business.
