In - of 2015 JP Morgan Chase Bank contacted me saying the servicing of the student loan I held with them will be transferring to - - - ( - ) on - - -. The Final payment to be sent to Chase was the - bill, then starting with the - bill, the payment be sent to -. However, A letter dated - - and - dated - - & - were received from The - - to both myself and my cosigner of the loan stating that JP Morgan Chase Bank provided them the account information for collection activity of a payment. I contacted The - - via their website contact form after receiving the first letter on - -, 2015 stating that it was a mistake and that payments were now being sent to -. I have not gotten a response from them. The - letters dated - - & - addressed to myself and my cosigner from The - - I received today in the mail, - -, 2015. There has not been an attempt from a representative of Chase to contact either myself or my cosigner regarding what the payment was before giving information to a collection agency. As the payment info pdf via - attached shows, though a little late, both - and - 's payments have been received and credited to the account. All supporting documents will be attached. Contact info for The - - is also available on each of the - pdf 's attached since they are not in the database here.
