Other (phone, health club, etc.) Cont'd attempts collect debt not owed Debt is not mine District of Columbia

I received a dun notice from Chase Receivables for a delinquent account owed to the - - - -. I have never heard of them. I never incurred this debt. This looks like a fraudulent attempt to get me to pay a small amount to make it go away for a debt I do not owe.
