Creditor : - ( i canceled service - - : customer service says disregard $55.00 bill, wait for final. 2months, no final, convergent outsourcing - collections - contacts by phone, i say send the bill, they do, meanwhile i pay $55.00 bill to - to see if that resolves, then convergent sends $230.00 bill, i pay that, then convergent sends bill additional for $180.00, i will not pay, this is fraud. Please respond. Thank you.
