On - -, 2015 around -, I went to the bank CHASE with branch in - - - NJ, with my daughter to deposit $200.00 dollars in cash. The bills I deposited were - - - $100.00 bills -each. After I deposited the money, the ATM machine malfunction and told me it was having technical difficulties, and it printed a receipt saying that the ATM was having technical difficulties ''. After we stayed outside of the bank for - minutes wishing that the money will come out, it never did and that 's when I called the claims department and they told me that this was going to take about 10 days for them to investigate the irregularity. I provided them with my email address and mailing address to receive news about my money, which I did n't receive any notification, until I called after the 10 days on - -, 2015. The customer service representative that I called informed me that
not allow me to, saying that there was nothing I could do anymore. I then went back to the - - CHASE branch on - -, 2015, to speak with the branch manager about my situation but he was not there, so I came back on - 2015 to speak with him with the help of my daughter who was with me on the day I deposited the money and my son. The branch manager told me that he was going to follow procedure but most likely the result would be the same that my money would not be found. I did mentioned that it came to my attention thanks to a CHASE bank taller that the ATM machine I used on that day malfunctions constantly and the bank has not done anything to replace such machine. I am very upset that in order for CHASE to check security surveillance and other possible ways of find out the truth, they refuse to use those ways. I am hopeless to get my money as I live paycheck by paycheck and I have bills to pay, I lost - - dollars and CHASE is responsible.
