vendor charged me - for the a service i did n't get. i tried talking to the vendor to reslove the case before i called wells fargo bank. i was advised it was going to be taken care of i gave he all the info they requested and a credit was issued to me. only to find out that it the credit was take a from my account a few months later, making my account negative.
