Cont'd attempts collect debt not owed Debt is not mine Minnesota

I applied for a loan to purchase some recreational property and when the bank did a title search on the land it came back stating I had a default judgement against me in the amount of $1200.00. So the bank denied my loan. When I asked for a copy of the judgement it does not state who creditor was but it was entered on -/-/-.I never received anything in the mail about this and I have lived at the same address for the last - years and was living here when this was entered.My son and I have the same name except he is - and I am -.The Judgement says our full name and a.k.a. - on it.The debtor address is an address where my son used to live.He has horrible credit my credit is good and this Judgement did not show up on any of the - credit reporting agencys on my credit. I went to our court house and tried to get it removed they would not, I went to the title company they said For $75.00. dollars I can file an affidavid stating that then bring it to court house and for $40.00 dollars more I


it can not be reached from my calling area. I google the address and it comes up as a different business when I tried to call the number on the ir websight it says this is a working number but no one ever answers and there is no voice mail.I googled the names of the - attorneys and the law office they are from and I can not not find them in Minnesota. They are supposed to be in - -.And in Minnesota it says that after - years the judgement has to be dropped and it was entered in - and this -.
