A property has an insurance for flood that is paid by the escrow account from the bank. I asked for an estimate from another co -, they asked me for the credit card and charged $1000.00 that was not authorized, since it was already paid to - ( - ) which had the policy from the previous years, and paid from the escrow account as before. I had tried to reverse the charge for several months without success with the Chase Card, despite explanations and papers send to them, they do not do it. What is a misappropriation of funds by Chase and - -, plus Chase benefits for charging, illegal interest since the charge is disputed and not valid. The property has already the - insurance. - - and Chase should be held liable individually, jointly and in severality for misappropriation of funds.
