the customer service is horrible she doe snot understand what i ask gives me rong balance van not tell me what interest needs to be credited. which i do need. if i catn get interest back i cant use the card. i have - bills and am a loyal cusotmer please help or i am not able to use all my cards with you. - - does this and moreplease train yuour customer service reps to speak - welli will not put up with breakdowns and other losses. and scriptsalso i need to dispute the - dolar charge from - from mcsonalds. please hve someone follow up who can communicat effectivelynot staying on the phone for hours begging for interest. i am a good customer who does not want to bear interest based on my record if you inssist i cant use the cards any of them
