I previously complained about our escrow account. Plaza calculated our tax payment incorrectly. After receiving the complaint from the CFPB, Plaza did an escrow analysis and issued a partial refund. They closed out my complaint with the CFPB but they did the tax analysis incorrectly and calculated our tax payment at double what the actual taxes owed are. I called for a correction and was told it would be fixed before the - - payment was due and never heard back. Our monthly payment should be lowered.
