On or about - -, -, without my knowledge and without my written authorization, - - - received a copy of my credit report, as indicated on my credit report. As the widow of one of its shareholders, I was requesting to be reimbursed by - - - for personal loans in excess of $73000.00, that I made to - - - in -, as the defendant in multiple lawsuits, including dissolution of the corporation by a surviving shareholder. Because of that specific lawsuit, - allegedly needed operating capital, which I partially supplied in the form of - loans that remain outstanding after all these years. I did not apply for employment with - - - at that time, and there was/is no need for - at any point in time to go behind my back for a copy of my credit report. Posing as my potential employer '', and in order to fulfill the credit bureau 's requirement, someone allegedly had my signature forged on its application for my credit report, and was successful apparently, as - appears as an employer on my credit report to this day, -. - - - had my personal
-, - -, - - -, -. and/or - -, -, nor did I seek an employment position with - after meeting - -, and marrying him in -. After being shocked to see - as - of my employers listed on my credit report, I immediately complained to the - credit bureaus that I had not signed any document authorizing - to gain access to my credit report at any time, nor did I have any knowledge of its intent to do so without my knowledge and/or signed authorization. I have repeatedly requested from the - credit bureaus, copies of each/every document - forwarded to the credit bureaus, including a copy of my authorizing signature, in order for - or anyone associated with - including - -, to receive a copy of my credit report, the purpose for which remains unknown. This request has not been acknowledged nor responded to by the credit bureaus. - - -, - - -, -, NY, did not/does not have any right to access my credit reports, nor to receive unauthorized credit reports. Because of - 's action, I believe my rights have been violated under credit reporting laws. According to the New York Department of State, - 's corporate attorney is - - -, -, - - - -, - -, -, New York -. - - - is - 's business operations -, - -, and - - - are majority shareholders of - - -, upon information and belief. I am requesting a full and complete investigation into the unauthorized access of my credit report by - - -. I also request a copy of each/every document forwarded by - - - to the credit bureaus, for the purpose of my becoming employed by - in or around -, in order to get an unauthorized copy of my credit report, with said credit report actually being supplied by the credit bureaus to - on or about - -, -.
