JPMorgan Chase Credit card department,
I have had my Chase card since -/-/1987 They raised my rate to 27.24 % prior to the advent of the Dodd Frank Act and the creation of your agency. I spoke to - in customer service and she indicated there was nothing Chase could do to lower my rate. She indicated that Chase was not lowering rates right now. I spoke to her about the need review and lower rates according to Regulation Z. She answered that Chase was only required to review not lower rates. My account is in good standing and been so for many years. I would like you to investigate and see why after 5 years of required rate re-evaluation there has been no reduction in my rate.
