I am a customer with M & T bank ... I tried purchasing a car back in - 2014 ... however after realizing I was no longer interested I decided not to proceed with the purchase ... I disputed my payment and was issued a credit ... later on during the investigation my bank decided that they would honor the auto company and give them my money ... Even after I tried numerous times to prove that they sent M & T bank fraudulent paperwork and forged my signature on a receipt document ... so I feel discriminated against because I am poor and - ... they treated me like trash and I 'm their customer ... they did n't try assist me or even check the documents even when I requested and begged them to do so.
