I am taking legal action against National Collegiate Trust/NCO but their servicer American Education Services keeps contacting me about the past due loans which I have wanted moved to another servicer. I had a rep ask me when I will make a payment when I advised her that National Collegiate Trust or NCO will have to contact my attorney which I advised them of several times. They removed the attorneys phone number which I am not why they do that, I have the copy of the retainer I signed.
