AES/PHEAA Debt collection communication tactics called after sent written cease of comm October 23, 2015 - National Collegiate Trust and it 's affiliates were notified in writing, over 2 years ago, to cease communication about a debt I have continued to dispute. I was advised this particular debt was included in my -/-/- bankruptcy, so I was surprised when I received their collection attempt in -/-/-. I immediately wrote a letter disputing the debt and asked the company to refrain from further contact. I sent this letter to - different addresses. I also included my bankruptcy paperwork. I told multiple collection agents about the bankruptcy and letter before I finally stopped answering... |
AES/PHEAA Debt collection communication tactics called after sent written cease of comm April 30, 2015 - I am taking legal action against National Collegiate Trust/NCO but their servicer American Education Services keeps contacting me about the past due loans which I have wanted moved to another servicer. I had a rep ask me when I will make a payment when I advised her that National Collegiate Trust or NCO will have to contact my attorney which I advised them of several times. They removed the attorneys phone number which I am not why they do that, I have the copy of the retainer I signed. ... |
