I writing to inform that on - -, 2015 I received a letter from U.S Bank Home Mortgage stating that as of - -, 2015 I was late - days on my mortgage payments and that failure to bring my loan current ( $3700.00 ) would result in fees and foreclosure. They are stating that my last month paid was - 2015. However, I always receive confirmation letters from US BANK HOME MORTGAGE and I received a confirmation letter from US BANK HOME MORTGAGE stating my payments were process form - payment conf. # - and - payment conf. # -. I did not received a confirmation letter for -. I always make my payments on time. I went to my bank to request copies of my bank statement. The copies of my bank statement clearly shows that on - -, 2015 at - a payment was withdrawn from my account to US BANK HOME MTG-LOAN PMT for $730.00 - on - -, 2015 - a payment was withdrawn from my account to US BANK HOME MTG-LOAN PMT for $730.00 - and on - -, 2015 - a payment was withdrawn from my account to US BANK HOME MTG-LOAN PMT for $690.00. I called US Bank numerous times but customer service is no help, they have transferred my calls from one line to the other and finally reported to me that they have no payment from me for the last 3 months - -, -, - - reflected in their system. I have copies of my bank statement which I can fax and mail to you. I will highly appreciate your help as I feel US BANK HOME LOAN is trying to displace me from my home.
